PT Soraya Berjaya Indonesia Tbk (SPRE) was founded in the city of Padang, the capital of West Sumatra province. The business began with a small-scale sewing enterprise with a 4×4 m2 kiosk and a word-of-mouth marketing strategy.
In 2015, SBI transformed into a legally incorporated business (PT – Limited Liability Company) and continued to grow by establishing new factories in Padang and Pekanbaru, the capital of Riau province, to meet market demand. This followed the company’s strategy to continuously expand through partnerships with new partners, B2B engagements, and the expansion of distribution channels in Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi.
In 2019, SBI expanded its business by enhancing its existing product line to become a provider of bedroom solutions, offering products such as bolsters, pillows, blankets, and more.
