Jakarta, June 26, 2026 \u2013 PT Soraya Berjaya Indonesia Tbk (Stock Code: SPRE) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and Public Expose 2026 on Friday, June 26, 2026, at Cyber 2 Tower Marquee Center, 17th Floor, South Jakarta.<\/p>\n
During the event, the Company presented its business developments, financial performance for the first quarter of 2026, capital expenditure realization, as well as strategic initiatives undertaken to support business growth.<\/p>\n
In the first quarter of 2026, the Company recorded revenue of Rp10.9 billion compared to Rp11.4 billion in the same period of the previous year. Net profit was recorded at Rp208 million compared to Rp516 million in the prior period. Management stated that despite the year-on-year decline in revenue and net profit, the Company has been able to maintain operational stability. The Company\u2019s operational performance remains solid and shows a positive trend, supported by sustained market demand and ongoing efficiency efforts. <\/p>\n
Throughout 2025, the Company realized capital expenditure (capex) of Rp753 million, which was allocated to support operations and enhance business capacity. In the first quarter of 2026, the Company allocated an additional Rp492 million in capex as part of its strategy to strengthen productivity and operational efficiency. <\/p>\n
In early 2026, SPRE recorded a solid growth trend. The Company\u2019s primary focus is on optimizing the domestic market through strengthening its Business-to-Business (B2B) partnership ecosystem and diversifying distribution channels. <\/p>\n
The Company continues to optimize strategic partnerships with hotel networks such as RedDoorz to supply bedroom essentials on a sustainable basis. In addition, the Company is focused on expanding its B2B market reach to strengthen its position as a manufacturer of bedroom products. <\/p>\n

Looking ahead to the remainder of 2026, the Company remains optimistic about maintaining positive growth by strengthening product innovation, ensuring supply chain reliability, and improving operational efficiency across all business lines.<\/p>\n
During the Public Expose, management also conveyed that the Company is currently in the process of a share acquisition by Saiko Consultancy Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based company. The acquisition plan was announced through a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on January 19, 2026. <\/p>\n
President Director of SPRE, Rizet Ramawi, explained that Saiko Consultancy plans to acquire up to 226.6 million shares, equivalent to 27.83 percent of the Company\u2019s issued and fully paid-up capital.<\/p>\n
\u201cUpon completion of the acquisition, as the new controlling shareholder, the prospective controller will conduct a mandatory tender offer in accordance with POJK Regulation No. 9 of 2018,\u201d said Rizet.<\/p>\n
Management believes that the acquisition plan will not have a material impact on the Company\u2019s operations, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity.<\/p>\n
Separately, Director of Saiko Consultancy Pte. Ltd., Mark Leong Kei Wei, stated that the negotiation process between both parties is still ongoing. Several aspects under discussion include the final transaction value and the timeline for completion of the share acquisition. <\/p>\n
On the same occasion, management also presented the Company\u2019s business journey, which began as a home-based tailoring business in Padang, West Sumatra, in 2001. In 2015, the Company was formally established as a limited liability company and expanded its production capacity by building factories in Padang and Pekanbaru. Currently, SPRE operates two production facilities and six retail outlets across both cities. <\/p>\n
Since 2019, the Company has expanded its product portfolio by offering a wide range of bedroom essentials, including bed sheets, bed covers, pillows, bolsters, blankets, and other supporting products under the \u201cSoraya\u201d brand.<\/p>\n
Another significant milestone was achieved in July 2024 when SPRE officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Company became the first company from Padang to be listed on the Indonesian capital market. <\/p>\n
